Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring a CDL‑A City P&D Driver for our Otsego, MN Service Center. This full-time role involves local city deliveries and pickups, returning to the terminal each day, with multiple stops and interaction with customers.

You will operate scanning equipment and manage liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts, home daily, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years
• Age 23, 21 if FMCSA military-to-civilian CDL transition met
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
• Able to pass a road test
• Able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Dependable

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup freight within the city and return to the terminal daily
• Complete multiple stops per day
• Operate scanning equipment and interact with customers
