Earn between $46,800 and $57,200 per year, with $200 orientation pay and bonus opportunities, including up to $1,500 safety bonuses and a referral bonus program. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off are offered along with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• TWIC required.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience or 12 months in past 3 years.
• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Valid CDL-A and DOT qualified.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Operate local CDL-A dry bulk routes around Natchez, MS with daily home time.
• Load/unload procedures and required inspections as part of onboarding.
• Maintain safety standards and vehicle readiness on daily trips.
