INSERV, Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is hiring safety-focused CDL Drivers (Class A/B) to join a local regional fleet. You will operate vacuum trucks, liquid tankers, and other heavy equipment on dynamic industrial projects while enjoying strong overtime potential and the comfort of sleeping at home most nights.

Active CDL and 2–3 years of driving experience are required; HazMat transport is preferred. A commitment to safety and reliable customer service on client sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• 2-3 years of commercial driving experience.
• No operational restrictions (no manual transmission, air brake, or intrastate-only restrictions).
• HazMat transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate vacuum trucks, liquid tankers, roll-off units, box trucks, and service support vehicles.
• Work directly with field technicians on high-pressure water blasting, tank cleaning, and waste management.
• Maintain DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA safety standards; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log with ELD.
• Manage shipping papers, hazardous waste manifests, Bills of Lading (BOL), and safety records.
• Represent INSERV professionally and provide reliable customer service at industrial facilities.
