Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc is seeking a local delivery driver to perform building materials deliveries and warehouse support. The role starts at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with 8–10 hour shifts and home daily. You will drive a straight truck with curtain sides and may operate a Moffett forklift to unload goods.

Earn $25.00–$27.00 per hour, paid weekly, with OT after 40 hours. Weekend off and local routes only.

Qualifications

CDL with at least 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Manual transmission experience REQUIRED and no automatic-only restriction.
Comfort operating a Straight Truck with Curtain Sides.
Experience with unloading materials using a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett) preferred.
Comfort performing Touch Freight and unloading building materials.
Available Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM and willing to assist in the warehouse.
Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks.
No DUIs/DWIs in last 5 years and <=3 moving violations in last 36 months.

Responsibilities

Earn $25.00–$27.00/HR based on experience and paid weekly.
Home daily with weekends off; OT after 40 hours.
Work Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM with 8–10 hour shifts on average.
Operate a Manual Transmission Straight Truck with Curtain Sides for local deliveries of building materials.
Use a Moffett forklift to unload materials at delivery sites.
Perform Touch Freight while handling and delivering materials.
Assist with general warehouse duties when deliveries are light.
