Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B License.
• 1 - 2 years of recent Class A/B Driving Experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification.
• Ability to operate Stake Bed Trucks.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse environment.
• Able to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• No at fault accidents within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck or van to transport materials to customers, verifies loads against shipping orders and obtains signed receipts for material delivery.
• Determines the best route to deliver the product timely to meet the customer expectations.
• Records delivery information, inspects truck, equipment and supplies as required and immediately reports deficiencies.
• Performs all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse as well as loads and unloads trucks.
• Operates and maneuvers warehouse equipment and any material contained in a consistent manner with intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturer's instructions.
• Follows company safety procedures and complies with all company polices and procedures.
• Reports out of stock items to Warehouse/Branch Manager.

Education

CDL Class A/B License

Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification
