SRS Building Products - Hammond is seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver building materials to job sites from Hammond, LA. You will conduct vehicle inspections, verify inventory, and maintain high service standards.

This role requires a valid CDL A or B with air brake endorsement, 1–2 years of experience, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and English communication. No overnight travel within a 200-mile radius; benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B with air brakes endorsement.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• 1–2 years of relevant commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure secure, damage-free deliveries.
• Assess job site conditions to prevent hazards, collaborate with customers for material placement, and document deliveries with photos.
• Load/unload materials up to 100 lbs, operate forklifts or manually, in varied weather and conditions.
