Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Northborough, MA is seeking a delivery driver. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30am–3:00pm or until deliveries are completed) with possible overtime.

You will drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and lift up to 80 pounds. We offer starting pay of $21.50/hour, weekly pay, healthcare from day one, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience with a valid license.
• Ability to operate forklifts and high-reach lifts.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds.
• Able to work overtime.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds with 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Maintain logs and records as required.
• Make on-time deliveries in all weather.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Lift up to 50–80 pounds; use team lifts or equipment for tires.
• Operate equipment as needed for loading/unloading.
• Work 8–12 hours per day.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Collect payments on delivery.
