Staffmark Group in Orangeburg, SC is hiring an Assembler for the 1st shift (6 AM – 4 PM) at a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This position involves assembling quality products using hand tools and following detailed work instructions to keep production running smoothly.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products, with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices while maintaining

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1 year of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Assemble quality products using hand tools and power tools following detailed work instructions.
Maintain production flow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Follow safety and quality procedures and document workmanship as required.
