Job summary

Knight Electric, Inc. is looking for local Electricians for full-time positions on commercial electrical construction projects in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. This role is expected to last between 4 to 9 months, with a pay range of $25.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience and state electrical licenses. Responsibilities include applying advanced electrical knowledge, performing NEC calculations, and executing various conduit bends. A high school diploma, 4,000+ hours of experience, and OSHA 10 certification are required.

Qualifications

• 4,000+ hours of electrician experience.
• Current state Electrical Apprentice license.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code.
• Perform NEC calculations.
• Execute all types of conduit bends.
• Install raceways, boxes, cables, and panels.
• Assist with wire pulling and switchboard installation.
• Install light fixtures and devices.
• Connect branch circuits and perform terminations.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
