Temco Logistics in Mesa, AZ is hiring delivery/install specialists to operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load and install appliances, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll perform safety checks, use GPS, and document deliveries. No experience? Paid training is provided, with uniforms and PPE supplied, plus medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/load/unload 100+ lbs. with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
