Best Version Media is seeking a driven, community-minded Advertising Sales Representative to build and manage a personal book of business in the Pittsburgh area. You will sell advertising placements across local print magazines and companion digital products, in person, in a territory you control.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers no base salary; compensation comes from commissions (70-80%) with bonuses during start-up and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Drive to help local businesses grow through advertising sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience with digital or print advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult: Meet face-to-face with local business owners to showcase what makes their community great.
• Strategize: Build multi-channel branding programs using our media suite (print, digital, social, websites, and reputation management).
• Scale: Grow your own book of business with training and a proven sales system.
