Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma; housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties with attention to safety and cleanliness.
• High regard for guest service and hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and entrances.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other guest areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or cleanliness concerns in public spaces.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
• Support housekeeping and other departments during peak periods or special events.
• Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.

Education

Less than high school diploma

Housekeeping experience preferred
