Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking staff to support food service in our open-air beachfront resort, assisting servers by retrieving and transporting food, setting up and clearing tables, and stocking linen and tableware. The role is part of the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the Lobby Lounge Management Team.

Candidates should have at least one year in food service and be able to carry a tray with balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
