Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels seeks a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of both indoor and outdoor areas. You will perform light cleaning, assist with guest spaces, and help deliver linens and supplies across the property.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year hotel or related experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. Strong communication and a flexible AM/PM schedule, including weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of hotel or related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to work a flexible AM/PM schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of indoor and outdoor areas during operating hours.
• Perform light cleaning such as sweeping, litter removal, and dusting outdoor furniture.
• Keep public spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, and lobbies clean and organized.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Tidy outdoor furniture and rearrange to welcome guests.
• Conduct minor landscaping tasks such as watering plants.
• Report maintenance or safety issues observed during shifts.
• Demonstrate teamwork by assisting housekeeping or other staff as needed.
• Deliver linens or cleaning supplies to various areas as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
