Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including bathrooms, lounges, and hallways.
• Walk assigned floors at start and end of shift to collect bags and trash.
• Assist room attendants and replenish linens on each floor pantry.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
• Follow SOPs for cleaning and safety procedures.
