Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant in Boulder, CO. You will clean and maintain hotel public spaces, restrooms, and lobby areas to ensure guests experience a spotless environment. The role requires a friendly, service-oriented attitude and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas to meet quality standards.
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture, vacuums and mops floors.
• Empties cart of soiled linen and disposes trash.
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to prioritize tasks.
• Keeps lobby, elevators, stairs and Front Desk area clean and tidy.
• Cleans public restrooms regularly and checks hourly.
• Delivers items to rooms and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests. Restrooms must also be checked on once an hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role
