Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development is hiring a Lobby Attendant/Janitor on the 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) at a luxury hotel in the Tampa area. You will maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of our lobbies, restrooms, and public areas while assisting guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or janitorial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets or iPads.
• Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, public restrooms, and front desk areas.
• Sweep, mop, and keep entrances free of trash.
• Polish furniture and report damages.
• Vacuum and polish elevators regularly.
• Restock lobby supplies and restroom amenities.
• Assist guests with directions and requests in the lobby.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed.
• Maintain minibar and pantry inventory.
