Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Boca Raton is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to keep public areas of the hotel clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain restrooms, hallways, and lobbies while assisting guests with directions and service needs.

This role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required; shifts include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness throughout your shift.
• Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked.
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards.
