Job summary

Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel lobby, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests.

The role involves implementing cleaning programs, using up-to-date procedures and equipment, and collaborating with departments to keep public spaces immaculate. A friendly ambassador attitude and basic HS diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evaluate and perform work on a cleaning and preventive maintenance program for all flooring surfaces of the hotel.
• Keep abreast of new cleaning procedures, products and technology for maintaining public spaces.
• Work to build a team approach among hotel departments to keep public spaces clean and fresh.
• Greet hotel guests in a friendly and warm manner as a hotel ambassador.
• Stock cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift.
• Vacuum, mop, scrub, buff and maintain floors with appropriate tools and equipment.
• Follow safety regulations for cleaning products.
