Job summary

Del Norte Credit Union in Espanola, NM is seeking a Title Processor to support lending operations by maintaining title records, processing loan file tasks, and administering the Skip-A-Pay program.

The role requires core system proficiency, dual support across loan areas, compliance with regulatory standards, and a focus on member service aligned with our mission to improve lives. One to three years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Professional communication and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the core system for loan and title processing.
• Maintain accurate records and track incoming and outgoing titles.
• Administer and maintain the Skip-A-Pay program.
• Provide universal dual support to other loan-related areas.
• Promote credit union products and services aligned with DNCU’s mission.
• Comply with regulations and complete mandatory compliance training.
