Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a Loan System Administrator in Oklahoma City, focused on supporting LaserPro, DecisionPro, and Vision Content/AccuAccount. The role is full-time and located onsite in the BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City, within the Asset Quality - Loan Administration Division.

The position emphasizes system support for underwriting and document management, user training materials, and participation in instruction.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Good written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task and organize daily, weekly, monthly tasks and/or projects is imperative.
A working knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy, BancFirst Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal) will be very helpful.

Responsibilities

Support loan underwriting and doc prep systems, which may include: One-on-one phone and email support of users; Creation of training material and user manuals; Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom).
Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, which may include: One-on-one phone and email support of users; Creation of training material and user manuals; Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom).
Testing and implementation of new version of loan systems.
Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems.
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
