The Loan Support Specialist I is responsible for insurance monitoring, daily statement processing, and timely and accurate processing of loan documentation—including preparing loan documents, funding and booking loans on the Bank’s core system, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. This position is also responsible for imaging and indexing all loan documents in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, ensuring quality control during the process. This position partners with other loan services team members and Bank departments to provide high level support and assistance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a multi-line telephone, copy machine, scanner, fax, and computer printer.
