PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr Loan Support Analyst to join the Collateral Asset Management team.
You will review loan coding for Commercial Real Estate collateral, QC the collateral, and ensure it is booked to the correct General Ledger and Federal Reserve Bank code. You will interact with Underwriters and Relationship Managers for clarification on approvals, and you may work from multiple locations with some remote options.

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, within PNC's Collateral Asset Management organization, you may be based in Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Kalamazoo, MI; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA. Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am ET - 4:30 pm ET.
As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for the review of loan coding related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) collateral. You will need to QC the collateral and ensure that it is booked to the right General Ledger and Federal Reserve Bank code. You will be given work assigned from your Team Lead to validate and QC coding for. If there is any discrepancy in the coding, you will reach out to Underwriters and/or Relationship Managers for clarification on approval for loan coding and collateral. This is submitted, reviewed, and QC’d in CLASS. You can expect to perform coding validations such as but not limited to approvals, flood certs, appraisals, acceptance memos and loan documents. You can expect to be busiest during quarter end, which is the last five business days of each quarter. During this time, you and the team will ensure all Commercial Real Estate (CRE) that is reportable and competed and QC’d. It is preferred to have experience with ACBS, CSX, ACBS Web, Enterprise, and CLASS.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for larger, more complex or sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio. Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. May assist with training/coaching of new hires. May serve as a subject matter resource for the team. Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received. Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $82,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
