Job summary

Republic Finance, a growing financial services company, seeks a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate loans and enhance the total customer experience.

You will develop strong customer relationships, process applications, and help meet sales goals while supporting daily branch operations. The role offers competitive pay of $36,000 annually (hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to tailor loan and product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions on products and processing.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and teamwork.
• Close loans, assemble files, and manage servicing of loan portfolio.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and maintain compliance.
