Job Types

• Full-time

Responsibilities

• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Confirm appointments with borrowers prior to closing.
• Print and prepare closing packages.
• Meet with borrowers at their homes or neutral locations within your coverage area to conduct real estate closings such as Refinance, HELOC, Purchase, Reverse Mortgages, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Notary License required.
• Familiarity with legal documents; E&O/Malpractice insurance is recommended but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
