Time Investment Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to manage loan files through the lending lifecycle, ensure accuracy, and support funding, document review, and compliance. The role requires in-office presence 2 days weekly to handle mail and admin tasks within a hybrid work model.
You will review files, respond to consumer disputes via credit bureaus, and maintain quality standards while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing loan files throughout the lending lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role supports loan funding, document review, file maintenance, investigating and responding to consumer disputes through the credit bureaus, and administrative functions while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and operational quality. This role is required to come into the office 2 days per week to handle incoming correspondence via mail and other administrative duties.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer correspondence, accounts logs and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems, involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
