Job summary

BOK Financial in Dallas, TX is seeking a Loan Servicing Reporting Specialist to develop and maintain low to medium-complexity reporting for Mortgage Loan Servicing. You will collaborate with the servicing line of business to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports and support ad-hoc requests.

The role requires strong SQL, Power BI and Excel skills, plus the ability to translate business needs into reliable dashboards and analyses.

• Proficient skills for medium‑complexity data analysis and reporting in SQL, Power BI, Excel, VBA macros and the BlackKnight (MSP) system.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on Power BI, SQL, Excel and other data-reporting tools.
• Partner with senior peers as owner of content in the monthly KPI deck; coordinate data and reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed; ensure timely, accurate reporting for Loan Servicing.

Job Description

The Loan Servicing Reporting Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining low to medium‑complexity reporting and analytics for Mortgage Loan Servicing. This position serves as a liaison for the servicing line of business to ensure business requirements are understood, reports are accurate and timely, and other solutions meet the business needs. The specialist will contribute to monthly reporting for Loan Servicing and various ad‑hoc reporting needs, ensuring requests are met on time.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• You will be required to stay up-to-date on all Power BI, SQL, Excel and any other tools used to manage data or generate reports.
• You’ll partner with other senior-level peers as an owner of content in the monthly key performance index deck, coordinating efforts to maintain, update and gather data/reports included in the document.
• You will assist with special projects as needed.
