Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast financing for life’s expenses at on-site branches across Texas. The role emphasizes competitive compensation, development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

You will handle loan cycles, engage customers across channels, and educate on insurance options while aligning with branch goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring clear understanding of loans, terms and options.

Location: On site

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
