OneMain Financial in San Bruno, CA, seeks a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customers and provide access to affordable financing for their needs. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, compliance, and teamwork to meet branch goals.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday with possible extended hours. Base salary ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus participation in a performance-based incentive program. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish language skills preferred.

Target base salary range is $21.00–$25.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
