OneMain Financial Group in Mountlake Terrace, WA, is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing, listen to their needs, and guide them through the loan process in a fast, friendly, and compliant manner.

This on-site role offers a base salary with performance-based incentives, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional extended hours, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms clearly.

In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuringtimelyand efficient service

• Develop newconnections andmaintainonesby engagingcustomers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities whilemaintainingcompliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email,chatand our in-house systems
• Exhibitpassion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed andgoal oriented attitude
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans,termsand their options

Requirements:

• High SchoolDiplomaorGED

Preferred:

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
• Bilingual - Spanish

Location: On site

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
