Job summary

OneMain is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to empower customers with tailored financing solutions for life’s expenses in an on-site Mansfield, Ohio setting.

You will engage customers through multiple channels, manage loan lifecycles including collections, and collaborate with departments to meet branch goals while earning incentives and advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with an internal drive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms and options.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

Target base salary range is $17.00-$20.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
