OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Durham, NC to help customers access affordable financing. You will engage clients through multiple channels, present tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the loan process from application to approval.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales and compliance, with on-site work and potential for career growth within OneMain's branch network and training programs.

Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
