Loan Sales Representative - Montgomery, AL

Join the 1st Franklin Financial Corporation as a Loan Sales Representative. The role leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet customer needs and drive branch sales.

Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Build internal and external relationships
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
• Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations
• Participate in personal development
• Exhibit knowledge of all 1FFC products
• Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
