Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 1–2 years banking or financial statement analysis experience, or relevant education/experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of Silverlake and nCino preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in bank matters.
• Ability to collaborate with other bank departments professionally.
• Strong writing and documentation skills for clear communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan reviews and financial analyses, including documentation and risk grading.
• Gather data from multiple systems for pre-review processing.
• Communicate with loan officers and analysts to obtain necessary information.
• Review watch list loans for policy compliance and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly loan review reports and exhibits.
• Track findings, document resolutions, and update lenders on status.
• Assist in examiner and audit request packet preparation.
• Monitor risk grade changes and reflect updates before quarter-end.
• Other duties as assigned.
