Dollar Loan Center in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You will review applications, verify information, and fund loans, while explaining terms and answering questions.

This role requires solid communication, one year of customer service, and comfort with computers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus. Occasional travel between locations and overtime may be needed; a team-driven attitude and a clean background are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work overtime when needed.

Responsabilités

• Review loan applications and verify information.
• Fund loans and explain terms to customers.

• Log notes with promise dates in the system.
