Job summary

NVR Mortgage is seeking a patient, detail‑oriented Loan Processor to support homebuyers across Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will coordinate with borrowers, sales teams, and underwriting to ensure a seamless loan experience.

Responsibilities include managing multiple loan files, collecting information, ordering exhibits, and ensuring timely processing before closing. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to support families toward home ownership.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans (preferred).
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance and procedures (preferred).

• Set up loan files, order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department

As a Loan Processor for NVR Mortgage, you will work directly with our homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. Your customer service expertise and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high quality homes in your community. You will act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.
