Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA, FCRA, ECOA, CRA, Funds Availability, Truth in Savings, EFT, Flood Insurance, TILA, UCC filings and searches.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and perform accurate data entry.
• Active Notary Commission is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify borrower information and docs throughout loan application.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across origination and servicing.
• Review entity documentation to determine authorized signers and approvals.
• Ensure CIP and CDD compliance.
• Order appraisals, credit reports, UCC searches, and due diligence items.
• Prepare loan worksheets and coordinate document preparation.
• Compile closing docs and facilitate loan closings.
• Maintain electronic loan files and provide Notary services as needed.
• Support loan officers with portfolio management and post‑closing items.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance.
