Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Loan Partner II to assist a Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering excellent service to borrowers and realtor partners. The role requires mortgage industry familiarity and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include serving clients, sending disclosures, performing QC reviews, and ensuring timely submission of documents. Long hours may be required to support closing activities and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the mortgage industry.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW service Contract to Close to borrowers and realtors.
• Send disclosures to borrowers with updated Needs List and get docs returned within 48 hours.
• Perform QC Review after final paperwork and ensure documents match checklists and are organized for processing.
• Introduce new contracts to realtors via email and coordinate with Loan Originator.
• Coordinate with processors in weekly pipeline meetings and provide status updates.

Role Overview

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Loan Partner II to be responsible for assisting one specific Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering outstanding customer service to borrowers and realtor partners. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW service Contract to Close
• Send disclosures to borrowers with updated Needs List and get docs returned within 48 hours.
• Once final paperwork is received, do a QC Review which includes:
  • Be sure docs received matches checklist.
  • Organize assets/income.
  • Mortgage Banker Checklist/Quality Assurance Checklist.
  • File turned into processing within 24 hours of receipt.
• New contracts introduction to realtors via email.
• Email L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents.
• Tuesday Realtor Status Updates.
• Ensure Documents to Closing within 48 hours.
• Productive Weekly Status Calls.
• Pipeline meeting weekly with processors.
• Pre Close Checklist with Client 48 hours before closing.
• Attend closing if LO cannot (15 minutes max).
• Call and get all conditions.
• Working with Clients
  • Research Client Scenarios with Underwriting and Inv. Guidelines.
  • Assist LO with callbacks of borrowers to set up face to face appointments only. LP2s are not permitted to discuss loan terms.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain. Unless specifically defined upon employment, this position is required to report to the licensed branch location during working hours, in order to support the Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager.
