We’re offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for an entry-level Loan Operations Assistant with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role. In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both consumer and business loan processing, learning the ins and outs of financial documentation, client communication, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Loan Support:

Assist with reviewing and organizing loan applications for personal loans, auto loans, and lines of credit.
Verify applicant information including income, employment, and credit history.
Ensure all loan files are complete and meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
Coordinate with underwriters and loan officers to help resolve documentation issues.
Support the preparation of loan closing packages and fund disbursements.

Business Loan Support:

Help process small business and commercial loan applications, including SBA loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing.
Assist in reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and bank records.
Verify collateral and ownership documentation.
Organize loan packages and track post-closing requirements.
Ensure documentation meets all compliance, underwriting, and audit standards.
