loanDepot is seeking a Loan Officer Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and administer training programs (online and classroom) for our ACES training initiative. You will partner with HR and subject-matter experts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement across the learning process for loanDepot employees.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year as a loan originator, mortgage origination experience, and preferred loan officer training

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one (1) + years of experience as a loan originator required.
• Mortgage banking/mortgage origination experience required.
• Loan officer training experience preferred.

• Maintains knowledge of current training techniques: researches new/better ways to promote the internal training.
• Responsible for using integrity when using the performance review system.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Additionally, responsible for maintaining standards; meeting prescribed timelines and budgetary objectives; exuding proactive abilities to work, while continuously improving the learning process for loanDepot employees. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Requirements

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role. For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $63,000 to $87,000 nationally. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure.
