• 3+ years of continuous, recent loan officer or loan officer assistant experience.
• Experience with loan origination software.
• Lives within driving distance of Baltimore City.

Responsibilities

• Own borrower communication from application through closing.
• Collect, review, and organize loan documentation.
• Monitor milestones and push files forward proactively.
• Coordinate with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
• Maintain CRM and loan management records.
• Spot and resolve issues before they delay closing.
