Mortgage Depot is looking for motivated, sales-driven Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to grow their business, build strong client relationships, and help borrowers navigate the mortgage process. This role is ideal for individuals with mortgage experience who are passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving strong production results.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to work with quality leads, guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, and grow your earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

• Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam, as applicable.

• Previous mortgage lending, loan origination, or mortgage sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into business.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
