Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will develop and implement customer-focused strategies while working both remotely and in the field. Responsibilities include advising clients on loan options and ensuring compliance with application standards, all while maintaining your NMLS license.

Qualified candidates will have state licensing along with preferred experience of 2–5 years in the industry. Competitive compensation ranges from USD $150,000.00 to $750,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience preferred.
• Must meet one of the following: fund more than 2 loans/month, complete Xinnix Training, or be mentored by an active lender.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services.
• Use judgment and discretion to ensure uninterrupted flow of business.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers and customers, acting as liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Use office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
• Work in home or off‑site locations on at least 50% of working hours, meeting with customers and potential customers seeking residential mortgage financing.
• Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans.
• Advise clients on home loan options.
• Review residential loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with standards.
• Inform supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years of experience preferred.
• Must also meet one of the following options:
  • Actively funding more than 2 loans per month.
  • Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination.
  • Assigned to an origination mentor who funds more than 2 loans per month (see PRMG Loan Officer Mentor Agreement).

Compensation

USD $150,000.00 per year minimum, up to USD $750,000.00 per year maximum.
