Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers who can build their business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella.

This opportunity features uncapped commissions, state-of-the-art administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate, and the flexibility to run as an individual LO or expand your team. License requirements include an active NMLS/MLO license; we support growth with nationwide licensing as we expand across states.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Maintain client databases for proactive marketing and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance and stay updated on lending regulations.

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage!
• Uncapped commissions!
• Loan products for all borrower types!
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
• Licensed in 28 states and growing!
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!

Successful Candidate Attributes

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Loan Officer Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
