Job summary

This role focuses on clerical duties, processing loan payments, monitoring disbursements on construction loans, maintaining files, and facilitating smooth operations for the lending team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiarity with business loan programs and service requirements.
• Familiarity with general loan documentation helpful.
• Prior experience in a financial environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for clerical and account processing functions.
• Makes transfers for businesses.
• Processes loan payments and tracks insurance on business loans.
• Monitors disbursements on construction and development loans.
• Types documents, records, and reports.
• Maintains and updates business files.
• Assists with questions and problems courteously.
• Obtains and conveys information as needed.
• Maintains the Bank’s professional reputation.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Assist in preparing loan documents.
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; 40 hours per week.
