Qualifications

Apply today and start the most rewarding chapter of your career with us.Job DescriptionPrepares and executes clerical duties related to processing consumer/commercial loans and documentation in accordance with Loan Processing Department guidelines and policies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Reviews and prepares loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines and policiesPrepares consumer/commercial loan closing documents using nCino and TruStage documentation software for all marketsPrepares less complex loan transactionsReviews loan applications in nCino for appropriate information and approval.Prepares promissory notes and collateral documentation using TruStageApplies appropriate state and federal guidelines to loan processing function and stays abreast of regulatory changes and applies information as needed.If needed, check status of entities with Secretary of State (TX, MS, LA, AL & FL).Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to use basic office machines.
