Accunet Mortgage is seeking motivated Loan Consultants to join our Wisconsin team. As the go-to advisor, you will help consumers understand mortgage options and guide them through the loan process.

You will pursue referrals, ensure regulatory compliance, and stay current with industry trends while building lasting client relationships within our community.

Formación

• Must have or be willing to obtain an Active NMLS license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills essential.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical lending practices.

Responsabilidades

• Act with integrity and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions.
• Consult with consumers about their mortgage options, providing expert guidance on loan products.
• Pursue leads from referrals, real estate agents, and financial advisors.
• Ensure all loan applications and disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training and education.
• Identify potential red flags for mortgage fraud and uphold fair lending policies.
• Contribute to company growth by suggesting improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
