OneMain Financial Group is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to assist customers with financing solutions for life’s expenses in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will help customers explore tailored loan options, guide them through the process, and work toward branch goals with a focus on service quality.

The role emphasizes multitasking, effective communication, and using multiple channels to engage customers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

Target base salary range is $18.00-$20.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
