Job summary

Vista Sand is seeking a Loader Operator to manage loading of dry product onto trailers, using plant load out and ticketing systems. The role requires maintaining good customer relations and patience to navigate logistics challenges.

Responsibilities include equipment and silo inspections, monitoring sand inventory, and keeping the work area clean. The position involves operating inside and outside the processing plant with potential use of hand tools and adherence to safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Speaks, reads & writes fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Load finished dry product onto 18-wheeled trailers using plant load out and ticketing software.
• Direct trucks and loading product at the appropriate spout while maintaining customer relations.
• Perform field inspection of equipment and silo inventory multiple times per shift.
• Monitor dry sand inventory levels and record hourly; verify with level indicators.
• Maintain cleanliness of the plant office and sweep/vacuum floors, machines and shelves.
• Ensure tools, safety gear and office supplies are returned after use.
