Job summary

Stier Supply Company is seeking a Loading Associate in Buford, GA to join our Distribution team. This hands-on role involves identifying and loading materials, safely handling doors and trim on delivery trucks, and supporting inventory accuracy.

We value team players who are detail-oriented, safety-minded, and capable of heavy lifting in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Eligible candidates should be comfortable with 8-10 hour shifts, overtime as needed, and have basic math/reading skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely and regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for an 8-10 hour shift.
• Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and best ergonomic practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and load materials based on load sheets and product labels.
• Safely handle and secure doors and trim on delivery trucks using dollies, floats, or manual lifting.
• Double-check product counts and report any damage or issues to team leads.
• Assist in inventory accuracy by performing material verifications and quantity checks.
• Support unloading or order picking to keep operations flowing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the shift.
